REINHOLD FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING INITIATIVE

As part of its grant making program, The Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation, Inc. works to support nonprofit organizations that serve Clay County, Florida – the community that provided such a fulfilling life for founders Paul and Klare Reinhold.

Through its Leadership Development and Capacity Building Initiative, the Foundation focuses on strengthening the nonprofit sector by strengthening the leadership of nonprofit organizations that serve Clay County. Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides services to Clay County residents is eligible to apply.

In 2019, the Paul & Klare Reinhold Foundation will be offering the following training opportunities through its Leadership Development and Capacity Building Initiative. The Reinhold Foundation underwrites all costs of training; thus, there are no tuition expenses for selected participating organizations.

1) The Reinhold Foundation will offer its Nonprofit Team Leadership Development Program (Track A), a four-day curriculum for professional staff members, senior volunteer leaders, and board members. The Program focuses on nonprofit best practices for building a sustainable organization. All classes are held in Clay County and are taught by the “Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership, Rollins College.”

2) In 2019, the Reinhold Foundation will also offer the following capacity building workshops designed to target areas essential for long term sustainability: High Impact Donor Relations (a two-day workshop); Effective Storytelling for Nonprofits (a one-day workshop); Leadership Transition (a one-day workshop); and Trends of Successful Marketing (a two-hour workshop followed by an individual private marketing consulting session). All classes are held in Clay County and are taught by the Rollins College Edyth Bush Institute (EBI).

 3) The Reinhold Foundation will offer its Individual Leadership Development grants in 2019 with a focus on human resources leadership training. A limited number of grants will be awarded to selected organizations to underwrite the cost of leadership training for senior staff to attend Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc.’s Human Resources Leadership Series I and Series II program.
